Capt Bob has owned and operated StarfishBoats.com since 1989. He has over 40 years in the fishing industry and has run boats up and down the East coast.
Capt Bob has served on various State and Federal Fishery Councils and Fishery advisory boards to help promote the For Hire Industry.

Capt Mike has more then 45 years experience in the fishing industry. Formerly of the Captain Robbins, Capt Mike joined StarfishBoats.com in 2011 and continues to take people fishing.

CAPT BILL MAMMELE
Meet Capt Bill! He was a crew member with Starfish Boats starting in 1993, and then joined the Sea Isle City Police Department in 1997. Working as a Police Captain for the SICPD until 2023 when he retired, he joined us again to captain the “Miss Sea Isle”! Capt Bill has 50 years of fishing experience and has extensive knowledge of the SIC area and back bays.
THE "STARFISH"
The “Starfish” built in 2006 is a 65ft x 20ft monohull vessel designed to accommodate up to 100 passengers. She joined the Starfish Boats fleet in 2022. It is a smooth trip for fishing and party cruises. Passengers can enjoy wrap around seating and a large sundeck on top!
THE "SUSAN HUDSON"
The “Susan Hudson” was added to StarfishBoats in 2015. She is 55′ aluminum vessel and powered by 2 Cat diesels for a good cruising speed. The boat is certified for 40 people with a range for offshore fishing trips.
The Susan Hudson now sails from Barnegat Light, NJ with Capt Ed Yates at the helm.
THE "MISS SEA ISLE"
The “Miss Sea Isle” is a 55′ vessel that began trips in summer of 2023. With a complete overhaul, the boat is new from the bottom to the top. Beginning it’s journey as the “Lone Star” with Capt Bob Sr. out of Cape May, then the “Billboard Boat”, and now has it’s new life as “Miss Sea Isle”. A BYOB spacious cruising boat, running back bay cruises and dolphin watching for up to 35 people.
